Synch Non is a new net label, releasing works by Mark Francombe. This netlabel houses pieces that have been improvised in some way, in their entirety or have been subjected to some form of editing. Currently a large proportion of the collection is comprosed of long-form improvised pieces between Mr Francombe and Faustine Ferrar, from Paris. The improvisations took place over the internet using the software NinJam. Ferrar and Francombe have never met.
Improvisation done on this date, some of it is quite poor, but some is quite brilliant. I´ll probably listen to it one day! Topics: Mark Francombe, improv, improvisation, live looping, glitch, noise, avant garde, weird
